PARTICLES 2017 followed immediately after the T-MAPPP workshop in Hannover. The conference was attended by around 350 participants from 36 different countries. Prof Jin Ooi, Dr Jin Sun, Dr Stefanos Papanicolopulos, Dr Kevin Hanley, Dr Xizhong Chen, Behzad Soltanbeigi, Tim Najuch and Andrew Hobbs all participated in the PARTICLES 2017 conference. Tim, Behzad (both pictured), Xizhong and Andrew gave oral presentations about their research. In total, Group members were involved in research leading to eight oral presentations and two full papers:

PARTICLES 2019 will take place in Barcelona – a welcome return to the city which we recently visited for PARTICLES 2015.
